I've dined at this McAlisters many times during the past decade. I'd really like to give them a higher rating, but my experience at this location has been hit-or-miss. Sometimes the food is fantastic, other times - not so much. I haven't dined there much in the past few years, but just the other day I stopped in to order a New Yorker (grilled pastrami on rye). The sandwich was good, and the portions were generous, but the meat was cold. Not room temperature cold, more like refrigerator cold. Come on guys, I know you can do better than that! Some of their soups and sides are good, and some are just so-so. I've ordered the chili before, and I swear it tasted like it came straight out of the can (Hormel chili I'm guessing). I expect more from a "gourmet" deli.

I mean... My wife loves their baked potatoes. My daughter loves their kids' pizza. I haven't found anything that's really good here. Today I had a French dip sub that was a tad better than Arby's and a bowl of Chili that was slightly better than Hormel from a can. Had to ask for more crackers. It seems nobody ever really gives you enough crackers.

Not good. Not fast. Not gourmet. Not clean. Not friendly. Not cheap. Never again. But they do have good sweet tea.

I've been to various McAlister's delis in several states, this one is subpar. The chicken in my sandwich was still cold when served, and the hospitality of the staff was nowhere near what other McAlisters deliver.

The worst McAlisters experience ever! Minimal meat on sandwich. Other sandwich not what we ordered . Took meatless one back they remade and just left it sitting. We had to ask for it again. No peanut butter crispies and ladies room needed deep cleaning. On cross country trip we went out of our way to find one and only consistent things were soup and tea. There are no words ! Don't waste your time or money on this one!

I am giving a one star because I can't give a "no stars." We entered the restaurant and approached the counter. And waited. And waited. And waited. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet for FIVE MINUTES no one behind the counter even acknowledged we were there. One young man was bagging a large to-go order behind the counter, and a young woman was fiddling with the ice machine. Had these tasks been urgent and we had even received a "we're so sorry, I'll be right with you" this might have been acceptable. However, since we never even received a how-do-you-do, we decided not to wait around another five minutes and pay for the pleasure of being ignored. We took our business elsewhere and will not be back.

This place is hit or miss. I've had more misses than hits. Usually takes a long time to get your food. The food itself is average. Nothing outstanding except for the iced tea. Workers tend not to be overly friendly. You'll tend to get a mutter more often than a smile. Tonight we ordered kids' meals but there was not a treat with them when brought to our table. When we asked about it, a non-apologetic employee said they ran out of the Teddy Graham treats. When asked if they would substitute something else, she just shrugged and said they didn't have anything. Not a single "I'm sorry" and no one bothered to inform us when we placed the order that they were out either. Also ordered a Pick 2 with the Memphian sandwich. There were three thin slices of meat on the sandwich, that was it. The salad was no better. It didn't even have enough lettuce to fill the small bowl and mainly consisted of black olives. A poor experience, and a disappointment for the family. No wonder we don't come here often.
